Before you arrive

What to Bring

Make sure to go over the following checklist while packing:

Documents

  • Passport or national ID card*
  • Parental consent form (if you are under 18 and travelling to the UK alone)
  • Accommodation details and printed directions
  • Any relevant immigration documents

It’s a good idea to carry a photocopy of your passport in case you lose it.

Essentials

  • Any medicine you regularly take (Check terms and conditions of the airline you have booked through)
  • Water bottle
  • Pocket money
  • Mobile phone (remember your number!)
  • Phone number of parents/guardian
  • Mobile phone charger

Clothes and toiletries

  • Light waterproof jacket
  • Warm jumper
  • Toiletries (e.g. soap and toothpaste)
  • Trainers

Information We Need Before You Arrive

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Health information and dietary requirements
  • Flight details – we need these at least one week before arrival.
  • Name and phone number of the person we should contact in an emergency
  • A clear photo or scan of your ID (passport or national ID card)
  • Address of your UK accommodation if arranged by yourself

This information will be requested from you as part of your admission process.
